在全球化与网络化的社会背景下,公共危机已由偶发转变为常态化频发,成为政府管理中不可回避的挑战大学生作为高素质、高知识群体,在提高自身公共危机应对意识和能力的同时,也肩负传播公共危机应对相关知识和提高群众公共危机应对能力的重任。本文通过设计问卷,对北京市五所高校中的500名大学生公共危机教育培养现状进行了调查研究。调查发现,虽然大学生具有一定的危机防范意识和危机应对技能,但是仍然存在不同程度的问题。学校、社会对大学生公共危机教育不够重视,没有构建系统的危机教育体系是其主要原因。在借鉴国内外公共危机教育相关经验的基础上,针对我国大学生公共危机教育存在的问题,文章提出了完善我国大学生公共危机教育的宏观思路以及具体措施。
Under the social background of globalization and networking, the public crisis has changed from incidental to frequent and become the unavoidable challenge in government management. As a high-quality and high-knowledge group, college students have to improve their public crisis response awareness and ability At the same time, it also shoulders the task of spreading public crises to deal with relevant knowledge and enhance public crisis response capabilities. This paper investigates the present situation of public crisis education and training of 500 college students in five universities in Beijing by designing a questionnaire. The survey found that although college students have a certain sense of crisis prevention and crisis response skills, but there are still varying degrees of problems. Schools and society do not pay enough attention to undergraduate public crisis education. The main reason is not to construct a systematic crisis education system. Based on the experience of public crisis education at home and abroad, aiming at the problems existing in the public crisis education of college students in our country, the paper puts forward the macroscopic ideas and concrete measures to improve our college students’ public crisis education.
