讨论在仅有CSTR出口浓度的离线分析数据时,出口浓度的控制问题,提出了一种集成过程控制和统计过程控制的方法,对浓度进行控制,同时作出离线分析值的EWMA控制图,对过程进行监控。仿真表明,过程的稳态性能得到显著改善。
Discusses the control of export concentration when offline analytical data of CSTR outlet concentration is only available. A method of integrated process control and statistical process control is proposed to control the concentration, and an EWMA control chart of offline analytical value is also made. Monitor. Simulation shows that the steady-state performance of the process can be significantly improved.
