本文考察了天津市各类商场服务员对20-30岁年轻女性顾客称谓语的真实使用情况,并对20-30岁女性进行问卷调查,得到此年龄段女性对各种称谓语的满意程度反馈,与使用情况对比。调查发现,不同性别、年龄、阶层的服务员使用的称谓语有明显差异,该年龄段女性本身对大部分的称谓语满意度不高,而对一种特殊的“零称谓”方式更容易接受,表现出当代年轻女性称谓语的缺失现状。
