目的为了掌握定西市安定区新生儿苯丙酮尿症的发病率状况,我们于2009年6月-2011年5月在5528例活产儿中,对2046例新生儿进行了筛查。方法新生儿出生后充分哺乳72h,喂足8次以上饱奶后,严格的消毒后采集新生儿足跟血3滴,滴在s&s903滤纸上,充分渗透,形成3个直径为0.8cm的血斑,室温下自然干燥后放入袋内,寄到省妇幼保健院新生儿筛查中心进行检测,采用荧光读数仪测定血片中新生儿苯丙氨酸浓度(Phe)的含量。结果 2046例初筛中阳性36例,(对Phe≥2mg/dl,TSH≥10MU/L视为可疑阳性),对其立即召回复查,排除34例,确诊2例,患病率1/1023,明显高于全国发病率平均水平,在干旱山区这项新筛工作刚刚开始,对每一位新生儿严格的把关,让每一位新生儿均享受国家关心和健康的成长。
Objective To understand the incidence of neonatal phenylketonuria in Anding District, Dingxi City, we conducted a screening of 5,046 newborns among 5528 live births from June 2009 to May 2011. Methods Newborns were fully breast-fed for 72h after birth, fed enough for 8 times or more, after severe disinfection, 3 drops of newborn heel blood were collected and dripped on s & s903 filter paper to fully penetrate to form 3 blood spots with a diameter of 0.8cm , Dried at room temperature and placed in bags, sent to the Provincial Maternal and Child Health Hospital Neonatal Screening Center for detection, fluorescence spectrophotometer measured neonatal phenylalanine concentration (Phe) content. Results Of the 2046 cases, 36 were positive (Phe≥2mg / dl and TSH≥10MU / L were considered as suspicious positive), they were immediately recalled, 34 cases were excluded, 2 cases were confirmed, the prevalence was 1/1023, This is obviously higher than the national average. In the arid mountainous area, the new sieve work has just begun. Every newborn is strictly checked so that every newborn child can enjoy the care and healthy growth of the country.
