CD44是单基因编码的糖蛋白家族,分CD44s和CD44v两大类。CD44s主要作为透明质酸受体,结合透明质酸后影响肿瘤的生长和转移。CD44v6分子主要表达于转移性的肿瘤细胞,转化实验证实它参与了肿瘤转移,但与转移性细胞具有的转移特性不完全相同。在许多癌组织中可见到不同CD44分子的表达,与肿瘤的临床病理表现有较好的相关性,可能是判断肿瘤生物学行为的重要标志物
CD44 is a single gene-encoded glycoprotein family, divided into two major categories of CD44s and CD44v. CD44s mainly acts as a receptor for hyaluronic acid, which affects the growth and metastasis of tumors in combination with hyaluronic acid. The CD44v6 molecule is mainly expressed in metastatic tumor cells. Transformation experiments confirmed that it is involved in tumor metastasis, but the metastatic characteristics of metastatic cells are not exactly the same. The expression of different CD44 molecules can be seen in many cancer tissues and has a good correlation with the clinicopathological features of tumors. It may be an important marker for judging the biological behavior of tumors.
