利用有限元分析软件ANSYS Workbench对起重机焊接工艺孔加强板进行系列计算,获得一种最优的加强板结构形式。搭建试验平台,验证不同形式加强板的受力情况,并对受力情况进行曲线拟合。结果表明,采用结构参数适当的加强板,可降低应力,提高起重机的安全性能。
Finite element analysis software ANSYS Workbench was used to calculate the reinforcement plate of the welding process hole of the crane, and an optimal reinforcing plate structure was obtained. Build a test platform to verify the force of different forms of strengthening the board, and the curve of the force fitting. The results show that the use of structural parameters of the appropriate plate can reduce stress and improve crane safety performance.
