大红山铜矿,是中国西南地区储量较大,品位较高,投资效益较好的铜矿山。大红山铜矿的矿床含有丰富的铁铜,矿体蕴藏在大红山的第三岩中。矿岩由于受到火山的喷发,发生了变质,呈现出各种形状,其中棱形状的矿岩,有着高强度,节理性发育的特点。底盘漏斗采矿法为矿床开采而做设计,通过钻机钻凿出扇形的深孔,然后把岩石硝铵炸药放入矿中。在矿岩坚韧矿床开采的爆破过程中,由于矿石质地坚硬、节理发育、矿岩的爆破性能极差,设计的时候采用的炸药和爆破参数与矿岩的特点不吻合,从而导致爆破的成本变高,采矿的生产能力变低,矿山不能及时达到预期生产的能力,最后会使得矿山不能完成足够的经济收益。因此,下面就大红山矿岩的基本特征,对矿岩开采的爆破技术进行相关研究。
