选用4月龄SD雌性大鼠随机分为切除卵巢去势组、假手术组、切除卵巢+尼尔雌醇组(0.15mg/100g体重,每周1次)及切除卵巢+炔雌醇(0.2μg/100g体重,qd×5)组。用计算机图象分析技术,对各组大鼠宫内膜进行形态计量测定,以探讨雌激素预防去势大鼠骨质疏松时对宫内膜的影响。结果显示:用药10周,尼尔雌醇及炔雌醇能有效预防去势大鼠的失骨,尼尔雌醇组宫内膜增生不明显,为增生早期的改变;炔雌醇组宫内膜明显增生,以腺体为主,并可见灶性非典型增生。4组宫内膜形态计量结果有明显差别。由此提示用雌激素预防绝经后骨质疏松,尼尔雌醇较安全。
Four-month-old SD female rats were randomly divided into ovariectomized group, sham operation group, ovariectomized + nilestriol group (0.15mg / 100g body weight, once a week) and ovariectomized + ethinylestradiol 0.2 μg / 100 g body weight, qd × 5) group. Using computer image analysis technique, the morphological measurement of endometrium of rats in each group was carried out to explore the effect of estrogen on prevention of endometrium during ovariectomized rats with osteoporosis. The results showed that nylestriol and ethinylestradiol could effectively prevent the bone loss in ovariectomized rats after 10 weeks of treatment. The endometrial hyperplasia of nylestriol group was not obvious, which was the early change of proliferation. Membranous hyperplasia, glandular, and visible focal atypical hyperplasia. 4 groups of endometrial morphology measurement results were significantly different. This prompted the use of estrogen to prevent postmenopausal osteoporosis, nilestriol more secure.
