目的通过对某印刷厂新建配页胶订联动线正常生产过程中产生的职业病危害进行分析、评价,确定其危害程度以及防护措施的控制效果。方法采用检测检验法和检查表法相结合的原则进行定性、定量分析评价。结果该项目配页、胶订、接书工序生产过程中产生苯、甲苯、二甲苯、溶剂汽油、稳态噪声,属于职业病危害一般的建设项目。结论只要将各项职业病防护措施落实到位,就能在该项目投产后使其职业病危害因素符合国家卫生标准要求。 OBJECTIVE To analyze and evaluate the hazards of occupational diseases that occur during the normal production process of a new collation and binding line of a printing press to determine the degree of harm and the control effect of protective measures. Methods The principle of combining test and test method was used for qualitative and quantitative analysis and evaluation. Results The project is a construction project with common occupational hazards, such as benzene, toluene, xylene, solvent gasoline and steady-state noise in the process of pagination, glue binding and pick-up. Conclusion As long as the occupational disease prevention measures are put in place, the occupational hazards will meet the requirements of the national health standards after the project is put into operation.
