职业院校对学生的培养更为注重社会性和实践性,由于职业院校学生整体素质相对不高,强化对学生的管理工作是非常必要的。职业院校学生正处于青春期,对强制性管理存在着逆反心理。需要更多的关爱,那么,高职教师在对学生严加管理中,注入自己的爱心,处于人为本背景下,就需要在学生管理工作中以人为本展开,可以获得更为良好的教育效果。本论文基于人为本背景下的职业院校学生管理问题进行研究。
