众所周知,课堂是以教师和学生为主组成的一个管理系统。我认为影响这个系统成效高的因素包括高效教学和高效学习。我认为数学课堂“高效教学和高效学习”中的“高效”是指通过数学教师在一段时间的教学与学生勤奋学习之后,学生个体所获得的数学知识有具体的进步或发展。而“教学”是指教师激发、维持和促进学生学习的所有教学行为;“学习”是指通过听讲、探究、实践等获得知识或技能的过程。总之,凡是能够有效地促进学生发展,并能实现预期的教学效果的课堂都可以称之为“高效课堂”。以下是我对如何建立高效课堂的一些思考。一、给予学生主动参与学习的机会曾经有一位数学教育名家说过这样的一句话:衡量课堂教学
