历史上的成语典故很多,运用的好,有助于激发学生学习历史的兴趣.下面谈点个人体会.运用成语典故教学,有助于学生理解历史基础知识和增强记忆.如讲秦末农民战争,如能扣住“斩木为兵、揭竿为旗”的成语,就会使学生形象地知道起义准备仓促,装备简陋.再如,分析淝水之战双方力量的对比,以及前秦失败的原因时,仅仅讲前秦拥军八十七万对东晋的八万士兵和双方军队的组成,就不如补充一个“投鞭断流”的成语显得形象具体.“投鞭断流”语出淝水之战前,前秦皇帝苻坚立于淝水之边所说的“以吾之众旅,投鞭于江,足断其流”.说明前秦人马之多,兵力之足,也描绘出了苻坚的骄横狂妄.在讲战后时补上成语 History of the many idioms, the use of good, help to stimulate students interest in learning history.
