本研究采用行动研究范式,以某幼儿园大班幼儿为研究对象,在音乐活动中应用自主学习的新形式——“音乐学习超市”进行追踪研究,发现教师和幼儿均获得了成长。教师的成长体现在:给幼儿更多自主选择空间和自由探索的机会;与幼儿进行协商、讨论共建“契约”;更多让幼儿进行自我反思评价;鼓励幼儿之间的相互启发与合作学习。幼儿的成长体现在:学习品质的发展——逐渐成为“自我负责”的学习者;人格品质的发展——合作互助、同伴交往社会性能力提升。基于此,研究者提出了相应的教育建议。
This study uses a paradigm of action research, taking a young nursery toddler as the research object, tracing the music activity using a new form of autonomous learning - “Music Learning Supermarket” and found that teachers and young children have all achieved growth. The growth of teachers is reflected in the following: giving young children more opportunities to freely choose their own space and to explore freely; consulting with young children to discuss how to build a “contract”; more enabling children to conduct self-reflection evaluation; encouraging young children’s mutual inspiration and Cooperative learning. The development of young children is reflected in: the development of learning quality - gradually become “self-responsibility ” learners; the development of personality quality - cooperation and mutual aid, peer social interaction ability to enhance. Based on this, the researchers put forward corresponding education suggestions.
