小麦黄化幼苗的生长速度很快,其叶片中含有高活性的脂氧合酶,Mg~(++)-ATP酶的活性也很高,而可溶性蛋白质的含量却很低;经光处理后,黄化幼苗的叶片变为绿色,其中的脂氧合酶活性和Mg~(++)-ATP酶活性降低,蛋白质的含量升高。
The growth of wheat etiolated seedlings was very fast with high activity of lipoxygenase in the leaves. The activity of Mg ~ (++) - ATPase was also high while the soluble protein content was very low. After light treatment , The leaves of etiolated seedlings turned green, in which the activity of lipoxygenase and the activity of Mg ~ (++) - ATPase decreased while the content of protein increased.
