目的:测定短柄五加地上部分中的无机元素。方法:采用微波辅助消解-ICP-AES法同时测定14个无机元素(Ca、Na、Al、Mn、Cu、Pb、Zn、Mg、Fe、Ba、Cd、As、Ni和Se),探讨了微波消解功率、消解剂的比例和用量、消解时间等因素对各元素测定的影响,优选了最佳消解条件,并对Ca/Mg和Cu/Zn含量比值进行了分析。结果:短柄五加中含有多种对人体有益的无机元素,且Ca/Mg和Cu/Zn含量比值分别为1.5487和0.9121,加标回收率为97.6%~104.2%,RSD(n=3)≤3.9%,检出限≤0.043μg.mL-1。结论:该方法简单、快速,灵敏度高,准确性好,可同时测定短柄五加中的多种无机元素。
Objective: To determine the inorganic elements in the aerial parts of short stems. Methods: Simultaneous determination of 14 inorganic elements (Ca, Na, Al, Mn, Cu, Pb, Zn, Mg, Fe, Ba, Cd, As, Ni and Se) by microwave assisted digestion-ICP- Digestion power, the proportion and amount of digestion agent, digestion time and other factors on the determination of each element, the optimal digestion conditions were optimized and the ratio of Ca / Mg and Cu / Zn were analyzed. Results: The content of Ca / Mg and Cu / Zn was 1.5487 and 0.9121, and the recoveries were 97.6% -104.2%. RSD (n = 3) ≤ 3.9%, detection limit ≤ 0.043μg.mL-1. Conclusion: The method is simple, rapid, sensitive and accurate. It can be used for simultaneous determination of many inorganic elements in Brassica chinensis.
