冶金工业部提出在近期内以发展连铸技术中心,决定以济南钢铁厂的连铸设备进行更新改造为试点,在消化移植武汉钢铁公司从西德引进的○七工程板坯连铸机技术的基础上,研制出适合我国中型钢铁厂的板坯连铸机。此项任务由武汉钢铁设计院设计,连铸机由衡阳有色冶金机械厂提供主机,其液压系统由江苏省液压气动联合公司配套,落实在南京液压件总厂和杨州液压件厂进行研制生产。1986年11月18日至20日,这套大型液压系统,在南京市通过了新产品省级鉴定。这套液压系统主油箱为3600升,高压泵站工作压力为240kgf/cm~2。油液清洁度MIL标准D级。该系统按照连铸机七个不同的工艺程
The Ministry of Metallurgical Industry has proposed to develop the continuous casting technology center in the near future and decided to use the continuous casting equipment of Jinan Iron and Steel Works as a pilot, and to digest and transplant Wuhan Steel’s stencil slab continuous casting machine technology imported from West Germany. Based on this, a slab caster suitable for a medium-sized steel plant in China was developed. This task was designed by Wuhan Iron and Steel Design Institute. The caster was supplied by Hengyang Non-ferrous Metallurgical Machinery Plant. The hydraulic system was supported by Jiangsu Hydraulic and Pneumatic Co., Ltd. and it was developed and produced at Nanjing Hydraulic Parts Factory and Yangzhou Hydraulic Parts Factory. . From November 18th to 20th, 1986, this large-scale hydraulic system passed the provincial appraisal of new products in Nanjing. This hydraulic system has a main fuel tank of 3,600 liters and the high pressure pump station has a working pressure of 240kgf/cm~2. Oil Cleanliness MIL Standard D. The system is based on seven different process steps of the caster
