为了提高全民健身监控机构组织成员工作的积极性,更好地促进全民健身运动的开展,本文通过文献资料法和访谈法对全民健身监控机构的组织成员进行研究。研究结果表明:物质激励、精神激励、薪酬激励、培训激励、晋升激励、竞争激励、授权激励、组织文化激励等手段都可以用来提高全民健身监控机构组织成员的工作积极性。不同的激励手段在不同的时期和不同的情况下所起的作用大小程度不同。在实际应用中管理者要具体情况具体分析。
In order to improve the enthusiasm of members of the National Fitness Surveillance Organization and to promote the nationwide fitness exercise better, this paper studies the members of the National Fitness Surveillance Organization through literature review and interview. The results show that material incentives, spiritual incentives, compensation incentives, training incentives, promotion incentives, competitive incentives, authorized incentives, organizational culture incentives can be used to improve the work of national fitness monitoring organization members work enthusiasm. Different incentives have different degrees of influence in different periods and under different circumstances. In practice, managers should be specific analysis of the specific circumstances.
