当前企业在发展中碰到最棘手的问题是资金问题。一些企业因为资金不足或是产品不能适销对路,丧失发展的良机陷入了困境。1989、1990年这两年,我厂也同其他企业一样面临着资金紧缺、原材料上涨和市场疲软等困难。针对当时的情况,厂领导班子及时调整经营战略,采取了十条“刚性”措施(包括调整产品结构,压缩物资库存,减少资金占用等),从而增强了企业内部自我消化的承受能力,使当年企业的经济效益仍保持一定的增长速度。
The most thorny issue that current companies face in their development is funding. Some companies have fallen into trouble because of lack of funds or products that cannot be marketable. In the two years of 1989 and 1990, our factory also faced difficulties such as shortage of funds, rising raw materials, and sluggish market as other companies. In view of the situation at that time, the factory leadership team adjusted its business strategy in a timely manner and adopted ten “rigid” measures (including adjusting product structure, compressing material inventory, and reducing capital occupation, etc.), thereby enhancing the company’s internal self-digesting capacity. In that year, the economic efficiency of enterprises still maintained a certain growth rate.
