本文报告327例高热中暑患者的一般情况以及有关实验室检查结果和物理降温的效果。对中暑的发生、预后和死亡原因进行了分析探讨,并提出对中暑预后判断的几项指征。尤其对50例血液气体分析的结果结合临床加以讨论,并对中暑患者碱性药物的应用及吸氧问题提出初步看法。
This article reports on the general condition of 327 patients with pyrexia and their effects on laboratory tests and physical cooling. The incidence of heat stroke, prognosis and causes of death were analyzed and discussed, and made several indications for judging the prognosis of heat stroke. In particular, the results of 50 cases of blood gas analysis to be discussed in conjunction with clinical, and heat stroke patients with basic drugs and oxygen inhalation preliminary views.
