以中国春-长穗偃麦草二体异附加系和二体异代换系为材料,对其耐低磷营养胁迫特性进行鉴定和遗传分析。结果表明:(1)长穗偃麦草的4E与6E染色体携有耐低磷营养胁迫的基因,且其效应远远超过背景亲本中国春。(2)强烈抑制耐低磷胁迫特性的基因位于5E染色体。(3)2E和3E染色体的附加系与代换系耐低磷特性的表现不一致。尽管2E和3E的附加系对低磷营养胁迫极为敏感,但无论在对照或低磷胁迫条件下,其相应的异代换系却显著优于其附加系和中国春。此外,对附加系和代换系表现不一致的原因进行了讨论。
Chinese spring - Elliot elongatum alien addition lines and two-body alien substitution lines were used to identify and genetic analysis of their tolerance to low-phosphorus stress. The results showed that: (1) Genes 4E and 6E of P. elongate were resistant to low phosphorus stress, and their effects far exceeded that of the background parent Chinese Spring. (2) Genes that strongly inhibit the tolerance to low-P stress are located on chromosome 5E. (3) The additional lines of 2E and 3E chromosomes were inconsistent with the performance of low-phosphorus tolerance of substitution lines. Although the additional lines 2E and 3E were extremely sensitive to low P stress, their corresponding isogenic lines significantly outperformed their parental lines and Chinese Spring no matter under control or low P stress. In addition, the reasons for the inconsistency between the additional and substitution lines are discussed.
