博物馆主要扮演的就是对于各国具有收藏价值的文物所进行的收藏以及保护等的角色,在开放程度上采取免费的措施。对于我国现如今经济社会文化的大力发展,在推动博物馆自身发展的同时,人们对于博物馆也提出了更高的要求以及期盼。在博物馆中,其讲解员扮演着非常重要的角色,可以说讲解员就是博物馆文物与观赏的大众之间进行沟通的良好平台,作为一个信使的形象而存在。讲解员的职责就是将自己的工作做到最好,从而其自身所具有的能力以及角色的定位就有着极高的要求。本文着重于分析在新视野之下,博物馆讲解员角色的定位以及认识,从而提升讲解员业务水平,为博物馆以及受众提供更佳的服务水平。
The main function of the museum is to collect and protect cultural relics of various countries’ collections, and to take such measures as free and open measures. For the vigorous development of economy, society and culture in our country today, people are also placing higher demands and expectation on the museum while promoting the development of the museum itself. In the museum, its instructors play a very important role. It can be said that the interpreter is a good platform for communication between museum artefacts and ornamental publics, and exists as a messenger. The role of the interpreter is to do his or her best, so that his or her own ability and the positioning of the role have a high demand. This article focuses on the analysis of the positioning and understanding of the role of museum instructors under a new vision so as to enhance the professional level of instructors and provide better service to museums and audiences.
