一、前言在研制新的铜基超塑性合金时,铜材加工行业中的年轻技术人员提出了以下几点意见:第一、新研制的超塑性合金必须是要在现在使用的铜合金组成范围内。第二、超塑性变形后即使是薄材也应具有高的比强度和耐蚀性。第三、不只是适用于变形速度慢和附加价值高的合金。作者按照上述要求从日本JIS标准范围内选择合金组成,并利用特殊处理方法获得最好的超塑性特性,作为这次研究的首要目的。
