以商业的氧化硅球为载体,采用化学气相沉积的方法将碳纳米管均匀地固载在宏观氧化硅球表面,成功地制备出一种新型的碳纳米管/氧化硅整体式复合材料,并考察了该复合材料在乙苯氧化脱氢制苯乙烯反应中的催化性能。与商业的粉末碳管相比,该复合材料能够有效地克服粉末碳管在固定床反应器中使用时产生的压力降。该整体式复合材料在乙苯氧化脱氢制苯乙烯反应中,具有较高的稳定性和苯乙烯收率,在催化领域中具有潜在的应用价值。
Carbon nanotubes were uniformly supported on the surface of macroscopically oxidized silica spheres by chemical vapor deposition using commercially-available silica spheres as a carrier, and a novel carbon nanotube / silica monolithic composite material was successfully prepared. The catalytic performance of the composites in styrene oxidation by dehydrogenation of styrene was investigated. Compared with the commercial powder carbon tube, the composite material can effectively overcome the pressure drop caused when the carbon powder tube is used in a fixed bed reactor. The monolithic composite has high stability and yield of styrene in the reaction of styrene to styrene by oxidative dehydrogenation of ethylbenzene and has potential application value in the catalytic field.
