目的 :观察并探讨前列地尔注射液联合硫辛酸治疗糖尿病周围神经病变(DPN)的临床疗效。方法 :将2014年1月~2015年12月入选的129例DPN患者随机分为硫辛酸组(65例)和联合组(64例),两组均给予基础治疗,硫辛酸组口服硫辛酸片,0.6g/d,联合组加用前列地尔注射液,10μg/d,疗程4周,治疗4周后测定两组神经电生理变化、多伦多神经病变评分系统(TCSS)评分并判定临床疗效。结果 :治疗4周后,两组患者神经电生理指标均不同程度提高,联合组正中神经和腓总神经提高幅度显著高于硫辛酸组。联合组TCSS评分降幅显著高于硫辛酸组。两组疗效差异显著,联合组总体有效率(92.2%vs.78.9%)显著高于硫辛酸组。结论 :硫辛酸治疗DPN基础上联合前列地尔注射液能进一步减轻患者症状,改善神经传导,增进临床疗效。
Objective: To observe and investigate the clinical efficacy of alprostadil injection combined with lipoic acid in the treatment of diabetic peripheral neuropathy (DPN). Methods: A total of 129 patients with DPN who were selected from January 2014 to December 2015 were randomly divided into three groups: lipoic acid group (65 cases) and combination group (64 cases). Both groups were given basic treatment, , 0.6g / d. The combination group was treated with alprostadil 10μg / d for 4 weeks. After 4 weeks of treatment, the electrophysiological changes of the two groups were evaluated. The score of the Toronto Neurological Disease Score System (TCSS) was determined and the clinical efficacy was evaluated. Results: After 4 weeks of treatment, the indexes of neuroelectrophysiology in both groups increased to different extents. The increase rate of median nerve and common peroneal nerve in the combined group was significantly higher than that in the lipoic acid group. The decline of TCSS score in the combination group was significantly higher than that in the lipoic acid group. The difference between the two groups was significant, and the total effective rate (92.2% vs.78.9%) in the combination group was significantly higher than that in the lipoic acid group. Conclusion: Lipoic acid treatment of DPN combined with alprostadil injection can further reduce the symptoms of patients, improve nerve conduction and improve clinical efficacy.
