在超快速冷却装备中,供水管路是超快冷设备中的重要组成部分,供水管路的合理布置关系到超快冷设备的换热效率、冷却均匀性以及设备的成本。为了解决超快冷设备中供水管路供水不均匀问题,应用ANSYS Fluent软件进行供水管路内水流的数值模拟计算。在进行某钢厂的管路方案设计时,设计者提出了4种不同的管路设计方案,通过用ANSYS Fluent计算4种方案管路流场的速度和压力云图,最终确定最优的管路设计方案。
In ultra-fast cooling equipment, the water supply pipeline is an important part of the ultra-fast cooling equipment. The rational arrangement of the water supply pipe is related to the heat exchange efficiency, cooling uniformity and equipment cost of the ultra-fast cooling equipment. In order to solve the problem of non-uniform water supply in ultra-fast cooling equipment, ANSYS Fluent software was used to simulate the water flow in water supply pipeline. In the design of a steel plant pipeline program, the designer put forward four different pipeline design program, through the use of ANSYS Fluent 4 program pipeline flow field velocity and pressure cloud chart, and ultimately determine the optimal pipeline Design.
