目的:研究桃金娘科蒲桃属植物洋蒲桃枝叶的化学成分。方法:采用硅胶柱层析、葡聚糖凝胶、制备型HPLC等多种色谱技术分离纯化,通过理化性质和波谱数据鉴定化合物结构。结果:从洋蒲桃枝叶95%乙醇提取物的氯仿部分中分离得到14个化合物,分别鉴定为:熊果醛(1)、白桦脂醇(2)、白桦脂醛(3)、白桦脂酸(4)、羽扇豆醇(5)、β-谷甾醇(6)、5,7-二羟基-6-甲基二氢黄酮(7)、2’,4’-二羟基-6’-甲氧基-3’-甲基二氢査耳酮(8)、2’,4’-二羟基-6’-甲氧基-3’-甲基査耳酮(9)、5,7-二羟基-6,8-二甲基二氢黄酮(10)、5,7-二羟基二氢黄酮(11)、2’,4’-二羟基-6’-甲氧基-3’,5’-二甲基二氢查耳酮(12)、2’-羟基-4’,6’-二甲氧基-3’-甲基査耳酮(13)、对羟基苯甲醛(14)。结论:其中,化合物1~4、14为首次从该植物中分离得到。
Objective: To study the chemical constituents of the branches and leaves of Myrtaceae Typha. Methods: The compounds were separated and purified by silica gel column chromatography, Sephadex LH-20 and preparative HPLC. The structures of compounds were identified by physicochemical properties and spectral data. Results: Fourteen compounds were isolated from the chloroform fraction of 95% ethanol extract from the branches and leaves of P. przewalskii and identified as arbutin (1), betulin (2), betulin (3), betulinic acid Luteolin (5), β-sitosterol (6), 5,7-dihydroxy-6-methylflavone (7), 2 ’, 4’-dihydroxy- Methyl dihydrochalcone (8), 2 ’, 4’-dihydroxy-6’-methoxy-3’-methylchalcone (9), 5,7-bis Dihydroxyflavanone (10), 5,7-dihydroxyflavone (11), 2 ’, 4’-dihydroxy-6’-methoxy-3’, 5 ’ Dimethyl dihydrochalcone (12), 2’-hydroxy-4 ’, 6’-dimethoxy-3’-methylchalcone (13), p-hydroxybenzaldehyde (14). Conclusion: Among them, compounds 1 ~ 4,14 were isolated from this plant for the first time.
