孩子眼中的老师是什么模样?除了传道授业解惑,老师还扮演着怎样的角色,发挥着什么作用?今年6月,在“少先队辅导员专业化建设现场观摩会暨高峰论坛”上,一场由常州市武进区湟里中心小学承办的“走在辅导员专业化道路上”主题队会成了整个会议的亮点。其间,《我们的毕业纪念册——献给辅导员的歌》情景剧又将主题队会推向了高潮。这幕15分钟的情景剧,出自湟里中心小学六(1)中队少先队员的笔下,由发生在该中队队员与中队辅导员李锡英老师之间的故事浓缩而成。六(1)中队有31名队员,却不只有31个故事。六年来,每人心中都珍藏着一个、几个甚至几十个温暖人心的瞬间,然而,他们却无法在毕业的最后时刻全部登上舞台,一一述说自己的情感。对于有幸站上舞台的这12名队员代表而言,尽管是几个简单的队列转换,几则浓缩的故事回忆,表达的却是一种深沉的爱,一种对母校、对辅导员老师六年哺育的深沉的爱。中国青年政治学院常务副院长陆士桢教授观看过此剧后点评道:在孩子成长过程中,物质条件只是外在因素,引领和推动灵魂的成长最为关键。懂得感恩是扮演好社会角色的基础。李锡英老师给了孩子很多东西,包括无价的知识,快乐的童年,更教会了他们如何感恩。又一个教师节将至。今天,我们将六(1)中队送给母校的毕业礼物,或者说是送给恩师的节日礼物呈现出来,相信读过的朋友和我们一样,会因为教师的职业道德和职业精神而敬佩,会被故事的真实和细微而触动,并且回味不绝。 What is the teacher’s role in the child’s eyes?
