[目的]分析海宁市恶性肿瘤发病率和死亡率,为肿瘤预防控制提供科学依据。[方法]分析海宁市2005年肿瘤登记报告资料,对其流行病学特征进行描述。[结果]海宁市2005年恶性肿瘤发病率和死亡率分别为196.60/10万和133.35/10万,中国标化率分别是127.16/10万和81.90/10万,世界标化率分别是156.20/10万和106.62/10万,死亡/发病比(M/I)为0.68。男性发病率为236.73/10万,女性发病率为157.16/10万,男性发病率明显高于女性(P<0.01);发病前五位恶性肿瘤依次为:肺癌、肝癌、胃癌、食管癌、结肠癌,占全部恶性肿瘤的59.67%。[结论]肺癌、消化系统恶性肿瘤应作为海宁市肿瘤预防控制工作的重点。
[Objective] To analyze the incidence and mortality of malignant tumors in Haining and provide a scientific basis for tumor prevention and control. [Methods] The data of HCC registration in 2005 were analyzed and their epidemiological characteristics were described. [Results] The incidence and mortality of malignant tumors in Haining City in 2005 were 196.60 / 100,000 and 133.35 / 100,000, respectively. The standardization rates in China were 127.16 / lakh and 81.90 / lakh respectively, and the world standardization rates were 156.20 / 100,000 and 106.62 / 100,000 respectively, with a death / morbidity ratio (M / I) of 0.68. The incidence of males was 236.73 / lakh and the incidence rate of females was 157.16 / lakh. The incidence of males was significantly higher than that of females (P <0.01). The top five malignant tumors were lung cancer, liver cancer, gastric cancer, esophageal cancer, colon Cancer, accounting for 59.67% of all malignant tumors. [Conclusion] The diagnosis of lung cancer and digestive system malignant tumor should be the focus of tumor prevention and control in Haining.
