(一)中国饮食传统素来忌生冷,推崇热食。广东人有“够镬气”的讲究,上海人喜欢“热灼火烫”,北方人要“滚得冒泡”……可见不论南北,中国人忌生冷的传统是一致的。《红楼梦》中宝钗劝宝玉不要饮冷酒的那一番苦口婆心,足见国人对冷寒食物的忌讳,或者因为古代医药不完善,摄入的卡路里又不够,因而肠胃较娇弱,受不得半点寒气。今天冷饮风强盛,三九寒天孵哈根达斯,天寒地冻饮啤酒、成士忌里放冰块……真正三九严寒何所惧!冷饮,已成都市时尚生活的佐证。
