本文首先指出引起水轮发电机上导轴瓦温度过高的一般原因。然后报导了用堵塞大型水轮发电机上导轴承坐上的顶丝螺孔的方法,提高轴瓦在循环油流中的浸没深度,改善轴瓦的润滑冷却条件,从而降低轴瓦温度的试验研究结果。
This paper first points out the general causes of the overheating of the bearing bush on the turbine generator. Then the paper reports the experimental research results of reducing the temperature of the bearing bush with the method of plugging the top screw hole on the upper bearing of a large hydrogenerator to improve the immersion depth of the bearing bush in the circulating oil flow and improve the lubricating and cooling conditions of the bearing bush.
