邓小平同志指出“事情成败的关键就是能不能发现人才,能不能用人才”。如何把握青年科技人才的群体特征,培养造就跨世纪的青年科技人才,这是中华民族最伟大的工程之一。笔者对这一问题进行了初探。一、青年科枝人才群体素质特征青年科技人才是祖国的未来和希望,在他们身上有三个明显的特征。(一)高层次的文化性和继承性当代的青年科技人才和同时代的青年相比,他们的文化素质、价值观念和精神追求都是高层次的。他们继承了老一辈科技人员热爱科学,崇尚真理,报国酬志的强烈愿望。他们希望自己的工作得到社会的承认和支持,能受到人们的尊重、理解。他们在老一辈科技人员的提携、传授
Comrade Deng Xiaoping pointed out that “the key to the success or failure of a matter is whether or not you can find and use talents.” It is one of the greatest projects of the Chinese nation to grasp the group characteristics of young scientists and technicians and cultivate young scientists and technicians who have built a new century. The author made a preliminary study on this issue. I. Quality Characteristics of Youth Branch Talents Young scientists and technicians are the future and hope of the motherland. There are three distinct characteristics in them. (I) High-level Cultural and Inheritable Young Talents and Technological Talents Compared with young people of the same age, their cultural qualities, values and spiritual pursuits are high-level. They have inherited the strong desire of the older generation of science and technology personnel to love science, advocate the truth, and serve the country with their rewards. They hope that their work will be recognized and supported by the community and be respected and understood by the people.
