随着牙本质粘接技术的发展,越来越多的患者已经不仅仅要求修复牙体缺损组织的结构和功能,同时更希望恢复牙齿美观的外形,并且尽可能长时间的保持而不脱落。因此近60年来,牙本质粘接剂经历了7代的研究和开发。近年来自酸蚀粘接剂较常使用温和的酸蚀效果,不再完全暴露牙本质胶原。取而代之的是一种新的作用机制:即酸性单体与羟基磷灰石中钙形成离子键,这也解释了弱酸自酸蚀粘接剂表现出的良好的临床粘接效果。在未来的发展中,除尽量缩短椅旁操作时间,简化操作步骤外,延长粘接剂的有效性和耐久性成了研究的热点。
