长兴县和平镇周坞山村积极开展新型职业农民教育培训,在实践中积极探索“1+1+N”三位一体的教育培训机制,在一定程度上促进了新型职业农民教育培训事业的发展。选择在长兴县和平镇周坞山村开展问卷调查与座谈交流相结合的新型职业农民教育培训现状调研,发现教育培训在新型职业农民养成中的作用及不足。在新型职业农民教育培训中需要提升认识度,发挥社区教育与网络教育的功能作用,完善师资队伍建设,加强特色课程的开发,注重精神文明活动的创建。
The new vocational peasant education and training is actively carried out in Zhouwu Mountain Village, Heping Town, Changxing County. In practice, the “1 + 1 + N” trinity education and training mechanism is actively explored, which has promoted the development of a new type of professional peasant education and training to a certain extent. We choose to carry out a survey of the current situation of the new type of professional farmer education and training, which combines the questionnaire survey and informal discussion with Zhouzuo Mountain Village, Heping Town, Changxing County, and find out the function and deficiency of education and training in the formation of a new type of professional farmer. In the new type of professional farmer education and training needs to enhance awareness, give play to the community education and online education function, improve the construction of teaching staff, strengthen the development of special courses, pay attention to the creation of spiritual civilization activities.
