通过小白菜穴盘育苗试验,研究以茶渣蚓粪为原料的育苗基质对小白菜幼苗生长的影响。结果表明:茶渣蚓粪复合基质中各处理的小白菜幼苗指标均优于对照处理(市场上常规育苗基质)。随茶渣蚓粪比例的增加,小白菜幼苗的株高、茎粗、SPAD值、根系各项形态指标呈先上升后下降的趋势。可见,利用适当配方茶渣蚓粪基质可明显提高小白菜幼苗的品质,处理配方可推荐用于小白菜工厂化育苗生产。
The experiment of seedling raising in seedling of Chinese cabbage was conducted to study the effects of seedling substrate with tea vermicompost as raw material on the growth of Chinese cabbage seedlings. The results showed that all the indexes of cabbage seedlings treated by the vermicompost composite substrate were better than those of the control treatment (conventional seedling substrate in the market). With the increase of vermicompost manure ratio, the plant height, stem diameter, SPAD value and root morphology of Chinese cabbage seedlings increased at first and then decreased. Visible, the use of appropriate formulations of vermicompost matrix can significantly improve the quality of cabbage seedlings, the treatment formula can be recommended for the production of cabbage plantation.
