为探索脑缺血再灌注损伤的发生与肿瘤坏死因子(TNF)和细胞粘附分子(ICAM)之间的关系,用线栓法复制脑缺血再灌注模型,观察不同再灌注时程脑组织内TNF和ICAM的表达。结果发现TNF和ICAM表达高峰分别出现在再灌注后12h和24h,与对照组相比差异显著。提示TNF与ICAM参与了脑缺血再灌注继发的损伤过程。
In order to explore the relationship between the occurrence of cerebral ischemia-reperfusion injury and the tumor necrosis factor (TNF) and cell adhesion molecule (ICAM), the cerebral ischemia-reperfusion model was reproduced by thread occlusion, TNF and ICAM expression. The results showed that the peak of expression of TNF and ICAM appeared at 12h and 24h after reperfusion, compared with the control group, the difference was significant. It is suggested that TNF and ICAM are involved in the process of injury secondary to cerebral ischemia-reperfusion.
