目前,我国城市轨道交通发展迅速,对培养高素质和高技能人才的职业技能鉴定工作提出了更高的要求,但轨道交通职业技能鉴定体系尚未形成统一标准,这就直接影响了企业人力资源的合理开发和有效配置,同时也影响了学校技能型人才的培养。本文通过对城市轨道交通职业技能鉴定体系的现状、开发和实践等几个方面进行探讨,对提高职业技能鉴定工作质量提出建设性意见。
At present, the rapid development of urban rail transit in our country puts forward higher requirements on the appraisal of occupational skills for cultivating high-quality and highly-skilled personnel. However, there is no unified standard for appraising the occupational skill of rail transit, which has a direct impact on the human resources Reasonable development and effective allocation, but also affected the training of skilled personnel in schools. This paper discusses the status quo, development and practice of occupational skill appraisal system for urban rail transit, and puts forward constructive suggestions on how to improve the quality of occupational skill appraisal.
