错误折叠蛋白被认为是许多神经退行性疾病发病机制中的始动因素,易形成蛋白聚集物,干扰细胞正常的生理功能。因此,错误折叠蛋白及其聚集物的降解对于细胞的生存至关重要。目前,在蛋白降解通路中,除了已知的泛素-蛋白酶体系统这一重要通路外,蛋白聚集体通路也越来越受到研究者的重视。现就近年来蛋白聚集体在神经退行性疾病发病机制中的研究进展予以综述。
Misfolded proteins are thought to be the initiating factor in the pathogenesis of many neurodegenerative diseases and tend to form aggregates of proteins that interfere with the normal physiological functions of cells. Therefore, the degradation of misfolded proteins and their aggregates is crucial for the survival of the cell. Currently, in the protein degradation pathway, in addition to the known ubiquitin-proteasome system, an important pathway, the protein aggregate pathway is also attracting more and more researchers’ attention. In recent years, protein aggregates in the pathogenesis of neurodegenerative diseases are reviewed.
