近年来,随着公安消防部队办公自动化技术的广泛应用,电子计算机和现代化技术相结合的信息技术已普及到消防部队的各个角落,特别是三级网络的开通,以及机关单位文档一体化和无纸办公的实现,对提高消防部队的办公效率、规范办公秩序起到了重要的促进作用。但同时,由于办公自动化对消防部队来说,目前也只刚刚实行,处于起步阶段,在诸如管理、利用等方面还没有形成一套十分成熟的机制,容易造成文件的遗漏、泄密等事故的发生。探讨加强电子公文管理,形成长效管理机制,需要引起各级领导重视以及文秘部门研究。
