京沪高速铁路南京南站管内正线高速道岔20组,其中18号道岔18组,42号道岔2组(秦淮河线路所),由新铁德奥道岔有限公司(以下简称CNTT)设计制造。道岔基础采用轨道板,桥上铺设时,轨道板下充填水泥乳化沥青砂浆;路基上铺设时,轨道板下充填自密实混凝土。CNTT高速道岔具有其独特的结构特点,转辙器的轨距加宽(即FAKOP线型)、心轨、尖轨部位的藏尖设计、下拉装置、翼轨抬高等带来精调施工上的困难。结合联调联试期间道岔精调施工情况,简要介绍CNTT高速道岔的精调施工方法、机械配置及人员组织情况。
