该文叙述了在原子能科学研究院重水反应堆上进行的堆中子短照纯仪器多元素活化分析的实用性和可行性的研究结果。使用缓发中子计数法测铀装置的气动传送系统,采用两次短照和三次测量的方法可以分析30—36个元素。约有30个元素的探测极限低于地壳的平均含量,本方法分析结果精确,分析迅速,成本低,适用于大批地质勘探和环境等样品分析。文中还给出我们正在建立的大量样品的自动分析流水线框图。
This paper describes the practicality and feasibility of the multi-element activation analysis of heap neutron short-wave pure instruments performed on the heavy water reactor of the Atomic Energy Research Institute. A pneumatic transmission system using a delayed neutron count to measure uranium units can analyze 30-36 elements using two short shots and three measurements. The detection limit of about 30 elements is lower than the average crustal content. The method has the advantages of accurate analysis, rapid analysis and low cost and is suitable for a large number of geological exploration and environmental sample analysis. The article also gives a block diagram of the automated analysis pipeline for the large number of samples we are building.
