针对热轧双相钢带钢边部形成褶皱缺陷的问题,结合金相检测和生产工艺分析,对热轧双相钢边部褶皱缺陷的形成原因进行了分析,结果表明:边部组织差异是导致热轧双相钢边部产生褶皱的主要原因。分析了定宽压力机板坯侧压量、终轧温度、过程温降等与褶皱缺陷的关系,指出减小板坯侧压量和提高终轧温度,可以基本上消除边部褶皱缺陷的产生。
Aiming at the problem of the formation of wrinkle defects on the edge of hot-rolled dual-phase steel strip and the analysis of metallographic examination and production process, the formation causes of the edge wrinkle defects in hot-rolled dual-phase steel were analyzed. The results show that the difference of the edge structure Lead to the hot-rolled dual-phase steel edge wrinkles the main reason. The relationship between the side pressure, the final rolling temperature and the temperature drop of a constant width press was analyzed. It is pointed out that reducing the side pressure of the slab and increasing the finish rolling temperature can basically eliminate the occurrence of edge wrinkle defects .
