电压是电网运行的一项重要指标,《北京电力公司电压质量和无功电力管理办法》中规定了变电站各级电压母线允许偏差范围,为了使各电压等级母线电压符合电压质量标准的要求,在电网运行中就要根据实时运行情况进行电压调整。对于北京平谷地区电网中的变电站,调整电压的手段有两种,一种是通过改变主变压器分接头,即通过改变变压器的变比达到改变主变压器中、低压侧电压的目的,另一种是通过投入母线并联电容器,发出无功功率,以减少上级无功潮流的输送,从而降低上级输电线路和主变压器的压降,达到提高无功补偿地点母线电压的目的。在通过改变主变压器分接头位置和投入并联补偿电容器均可达到调整电压目的的情况下,是选择调整主变分头还是选择投入并联电容器,从经济方面考虑,哪一种方式更合算呢?下面对此进行分析。
