随着我国旅游产业的持续快速发展和产业地位的与日俱增,对高素质技能型人才的需求显得十分紧迫。然而,高职旅游人才与产业发展需求还存在一定差距,高职旅游管理专业教学改革势在必行。文章以武汉软件工程职业学院(以下简称“我院”)为例,在介绍旅游管理专业发展现状的基础上,分析专业教学中存在的问题,提出旅游管理专业教学改革建议。
With the sustained and rapid development of China’s tourism industry and the increasing status of industry, the demand for high-quality skilled personnel becomes extremely urgent. However, there is still a gap between vocational talents and industrial development. Higher vocational tourism management reform is imperative. Taking Wuhan Institute of Software Engineering (hereinafter referred to as “My courtyard ”) as an example, this paper analyzes the existing problems in professional teaching on the basis of introducing the current development of tourism management major and puts forward suggestions on teaching reform in tourism management major.
