随着加工中心机床的发展,高精度的齿盘定位分度回转工作台得到越来越广泛的应用。这种分度定位机构是靠装于工作台花盘下的上下齿盘的分离——转位——啮合——夹紧来进行分度定位。就单个齿盘讲,它实际上是一个端面锥齿轮。定位齿沿圆周分布。由于一对齿盘啮合时具有自动定心作用。所以回转轴的精度及其在使用中的磨损对定心精度几乎没有影响。这就使工作台不但容易得到高的定心精度,而且还能长久地保持高的定心精度。齿盘定位的工作台一般说来刚性都很好,这是由于多齿啮合定位的缘故。本文将对工作台齿盘在实际工况下进行有限元计算,由获得的变形数值群来分析齿盘的变形规律及在实际工况下变形的量级,讨论盘齿变形对加工精度的影响,以确认端面齿盘定位机构在加工中心上应用的可行性地位和先进性。
