位于巴塞罗那波布塞克(Poble Sec)的这座住宅,其前身是一个老旧的木工厂,业主在近期委托西班牙FFWD Arquitectes为之改造,其设计要点是保留空间的原始构架,将部分历史肌理传承下来,与新的空间元素相结合,打造出一间调性独特的住所。由于房子的历史悠久,许多部件已十分老旧,设计团队将原先的一层厚重石膏拆除,露出了原始的砖石及天花板。而天花板上的部分木梁因遭受白蚁侵蚀,存在一定的安全隐患,所以设计团队通过加入钢梁来进行加固,以保证房梁的稳固性。门窗部分经过了重新改造,采用大面玻璃及镂空铁门设
The home in Poble Sec, Barcelona, which was formerly an old wooden factory, was recently commissioned by the FFWD Arquitectes in Spain and was designed with the original structure of space reserved and a partial heritage of history Down, combined with the new elements of space to create a tonal unique residence.
