目的了解广州市４０岁以上部分干部不同年龄、性别的血脂水平。方法按常规检查 １９４５例干部血清总胆固醇（ＴＣ）、甘油三酯（ＴＧ）、高密度脂蛋白－胆固醇（ＨＤＬ－Ｃ）水平。结果男性和女性５０岁以上的ＴＣ水平和异常率均明显高于４９岁以下，５０岁以上的女性ＴＣ水平和异常率均明显高于男性；男性５９岁以下的ＴＧ水平明显高于６０岁以上，女性６０岁以上的ＴＧ水平和异常率明显高于５９岁以下；女性４９岁以下的ＨＤＬ－Ｃ水平明显低于５０岁以上女性和４９岁以下男性，５０岁以上男性ＨＤＬ－Ｃ水平明显低于女性。结论男女性随年龄的增长ＴＣ均逐渐增高；男性随年龄增长ＴＧ逐渐下降，女性随年龄增长ＴＧ及ＨＤＬ－Ｃ逐渐增高。
Objective To understand the lipid levels of different cadres aged 40 and over in Guangzhou City of different ages and genders. Methods The levels of total cholesterol (TC), triglyceride (TG) and high density lipoprotein-cholesterol (HDL-C) in 1945 cadres were examined routinely. Results The levels of TC and abnormalities in both men and women over 50 years old were significantly higher than those under 49 years old. The levels of TC and abnormalities in women over 50 years old were significantly higher than those in men. The levels of TG in men under 59 years old were significantly higher than those over 60 years old , And the levels of TG and abnormalities in women over 60 years old were significantly higher than those under 59 years old. The levels of HDL-C in women under 49 years old were significantly lower than those over 50 years old and men under 49 years old. HDL-C levels were significantly lower in men over 50 years old For women. Conclusions Both men and women increased gradually with age TC. Men with TG decreased gradually with age and women with TG and HDL-C gradually increased with age.
