目的了解不同性别护理大专生自我导向学习能力的现状。方法在某高校随机整群抽选部分护理大专生为调查对象,应用自我导向学习评定量表对其进行调查。结果男生SRSSDL量表总分为(201.60±23.23)分,女生为(211.60±22.10)分,女生高于男生(P<0.05)。不同性别护生在学习意识、学习策略、学习评价、人际关系维度上的得分比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论护理大专生自我导向学习能力处于中等水平,且不同性别的护生存在一定的差异,教师应针对其特点采取相应的教学和管理策略,从而有效提高护生的自我导向学习能力。
Objective To understand the current situation of self-directed learning ability of different gender nursing college students. Methods A random sample of college nursing students in a university was selected as the survey object, and self-directed learning assessment questionnaire was used to investigate it. Results The total score of SRSSDL was (201.60 ± 23.23) points for boys and 211.60 ± 22.10 points for girls (P <0.05). The scores of different gender nursing students in learning consciousness, learning strategy, learning evaluation and interpersonal relationship were statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusions Self-directed learning ability of college nursing students is at a medium level, and there are some differences between nursing students of different genders. Teachers should take corresponding teaching and management strategies according to their characteristics so as to effectively improve the self-directed learning ability of nursing students.
