目的 通过对采取神经内窥镜下行第三脑室底造瘘术治疗梗阻性脑积水 15例进行总结 ,探讨梗阻性脑积水的治疗。方法 在神经内窥镜下行第三脑室底造瘘术治疗梗阻性脑积水。结果 手术后患者头痛、呕吐、脑室扩大等临床表现有明显的缓解。结论 神经内窥镜下行第三脑室底造瘘是治疗梗阻性脑积水的首选办法
Objective To summarize 15 cases of obstructive hydrocephalus treated with endoscopic third ventriculostomy, and discuss the treatment of obstructive hydrocephalus. Methods The third ventriculostomy under neuroendoscopy was performed to treat obstructive hydrocephalus. Results postoperative patients with headache, vomiting, ventricular enlargement and other clinical manifestations were significantly alleviated. Conclusions The neurosurgical endoscopic descending third ventriculostomy is the first choice for the treatment of obstructive hydrocephalus
