截至目前,三项基本医疗保障制度总参保人数增加到12.8亿人。职工医保、城镇居民医保、新农合和城乡医疗救助分别覆盖城镇就业人员、城镇非就业人员、农村居民和城乡贫困人群,在制度上实现了对城乡居民的全覆盖。现在这三项基本医疗保障制度覆盖了90%以上的城乡居民,比2008年增加了1.54亿人。近800万关闭破产企业退休人员和困难企业职工全部纳入了基本医疗保障。
Up to now, the total number of insured persons in the three basic medical insurance systems has increased to 1.28 billion. Medical insurance for staff and workers, medical insurance for urban residents, new rural cooperative medical care and medical aid for urban and rural areas cover urban employees, urban non-employed people, rural residents and urban and rural poor, respectively, and have systematically achieved the full coverage of urban and rural residents. These three basic medical insurance schemes now cover over 90% of urban and rural residents, an increase of 154 million over 2008. Nearly 8 million retirees in closed-bankrupt enterprises and workers in difficult enterprises are all included in the basic medical insurance.
