近年来,广西各级财政部门为提高涉农资金的使用效益,稳步推进财政涉农资金整合工作,积极创新涉农资金整合方式,以搭建项目建设平台为突破口,根据不同地区特点分别以主导产业、基础设施建设大会战、重大专项等多种平台,对涉农资金进行有效整合,取得了一定的成效。但目前涉农资金管理部门多的现状仍没有根本改变,导致资金统筹协调难、项目资金管理方式多样。因此,应进一步创新支农资金分配
